In this guide, you will learn how to remove and change the driver window switch of the Mitsubishi Mirage G4.

What you will need


  1. Unlock the vehicle and open the driver's door.Opened door of the Mitsubishi Mirage.


  2. Locate the window switch on the door panel.Window switch of the driver.

  4. Detach the armrest cover on the door panel, use a prying tool to unlock the tabs holding it.Removing the arm rest to the door panel.


  5. Disconnect the cables connected to the door window switch. Press on the clip and pull it out to disconnect the cable from the window switch.Disconnecting the cables on the window switch.

  8. Line up the new door switch on the armrest cover and put the screws back in.Reinstalling the screws on the new window switch.


  9. Connect the cables on the door panel to the door switch and push the armrest cover back in its place. Then reinstall the screw back to the armrest cover.Connecting the cables to the new window switch.Reinstalling the armrest back to the door panel.
