My 2000 Mercedes Benz ML 320 with 150000 miles. Couple weeks ago, after parking car in the garage, I could not start the car or crank the engine. I replaced NEW battery, NEW starter, NEW brake light switch, checked all the fuses and relay fuses are working. Plus, I checked all the connection cables to starter are working fine too. But car is still not crank up. When I am turning car key to start position, I only heard the loud CLICK but the engine could not crank up. Would you please help me to tell me what is wrong with my car? Thank you for your help!

There is a couple of things that you can do. First I would get a 27mm socket and try to manually turn the crankshaft. If you can turn the crankshaft by hand (clockwise only), then the problem may be the starter. Feed 12 volt directly to the starter solenoid and see if you hear it turn over the car. You can also check the voltage at the starter solenoid to see if you are getting 12 volts when you turn the key, trying to start the car. If you get 12 volts, than there is an issue with the starter or the engine is seized. Good luck!
