I need to replace the downstream o2 sensor and bought a universal one...the wires are different colors than the one that's on the car... So how do I know if I'm putting it together correctly? Is there some sort of conversion chart or something? Does anyone have any info that could help?
Thanks

Most universal O2 sensors come with a guide on how to do that. And what wire to match.

My suggestion is not to use the universal O2 sensor. I've used them but they go bad quickly. It's just a waste of time and money. On your place I would buy an Bosch o2 sensor with the OEM connector
