I have an issue where trans warning shift moderately came on. So I dropped the mechatronics, installed a Zip Kit, replaced bridge sea, and mechatronic seal. After install had issue with no communication, found pin #1 bent on conductor plate side so replaced conductor plate, installed and during fill procedure, after initial 3-4 qts, then start and put in to gear, it jumps back into park, not allowing to go in D or R. Checked codes and only has code 2DCA--no message from EGS, receiver DME, trasmiter EGS/HIM/SMG. I'm at a lost any help appreciated.

Did you inspect the connector as well. You stated that pin #1 was bent. It may have bend because there is a problem with the harness that plugs into it. Or there is the possibility that the pin itself could have caused damage to the small contact on the connector. I would unplug it and make sure that there is no issue there. I hope I am making sense.

Also was that a new or used conductor plate?

Mercedes Medic

it is a used conductor plate. Could it need to be programmed?
