The cabin Air filter in most cars can be found at the back of the glove compartment.

You will need to bend down and reach behind the glove compartment.

Run your hands and you will be able to feel a latch. Just push it to take out the glove compartment and you will be able to see the filter.

Simply, take it out and replace it.

Sometimes, your filter might actually be in a good condition and only need a bit of cleaning.
