I have a 2007 model, just purchased, and want to pair my Samsung Galaxy note 8.

Until now no success. Of course my phone is not listed by bmw, but is there a work around for a successful connection? regards

I used a solution on my Toyota Corolla 2012 Model.

Basically I bought a Bluetooth-to-Aux Adaptor. It connects with your phone charger and has a wire that goes to your Car Module's Aux input.

It will automatically start emitting a bluetooth signal and you can connect your Android/iOS phone with it.

These are usually cheap under $20 and work like a charm!

Pairing can sometimes be a problem but can you tell me exactly what happens?

When you go to iDrive, does it not show you your samsung device?
