Some one help mi how to solve this problem

Sad to hear about the problems with your BMW!

For what its worth, let me explain what the problems might be:

51D1 refers to: incremental transducer in servomotor supply, This refers to a circuit problem in your car's servomotor, can is a simple and quick fix. and 5F39 refers to: transfer case internal error; for this, please check your car's Tcase, acutator. There are a couple of gears in there which start to wear off after you have driven your car for years. The best thing to do right now would be to replace this part.

Those codes point to a bad transfer case shift actuator motor servo. They go bad quite often. You can remove it and try cleaning it. Or replace it with another unit and should be good to go.
