after disconnecting ecu jack for a moment no convertible top working neither starts

Did you have the key in the ignition? Does everything else work? I would start by checking the fuses. If that's not the problem, then I would get a scanner that works on Mercedes and read the codes.

Does the engine turn over when you try to start it? Or is there no movement at all?

the key fob not turning and the engine dose not starts the top and rear windows also d not work only the key fob opens the door lock

It seems that the ECU is not working properly. It is possible that it has been damaged during the unplugging procedure. What I would do is get a basic OBD2 code reader plug it into the OBD2 port and see if the ECU is communicating with the scanner. Auto parts stores and some mechanic shops will perform this procedure for free. That way you will know if the ECU is even getting power or causing communication issues.
