I purchased a 2016 c300 Mercedes never dreaming it only had voice activation for the navigation only.  My 2014 Cadillac had voice activated calling.  I'm so floored that I never dreamed the car would not have it.  I really want voice activated calling.  Trying to turn the knob and scroll through a contact list is a nightmare.  I have seen some suggestions that you can get Siri/Bixby by pressing the voice button for a longer time and you will hear a different beep which will connect to your phone.  I have tried this several times and it does not work.  Do you have any suggestion?

If you phone is connected to the bluetooth, there should not be any problem if you have Siri on... what is the exact problem?
