I have a 1996 benz c220. Drivers side headlight burnt out. Put in a new bulb. Still doesn't work on day time running or when the lights are turned on. Passanger side works fine. Any suggestions?

First, check the wires inside the headlight. The insulation on them belts and breaks down. It can cause a short. Also check the fuse for the headlight.

If it is none of those two report back.

I checked the only thing I didn't check was the wire. I put a new bulb in and checked, the high beams work on both sides work. not sure.
