i have a problem with level calibration on my S350 2003 after replacing all struts and airmatic compressor 

When i put the car at desired level, level sensor voltage are out of range then calibration can not be done 

could you mind help me fix It 

iam using a maxidas 808

Hope will help you to check the level sensor.

Kindly check the level sensor mounting plate or the linkage and wiring. Maybe the mechanic accidentally bent the linkage during replacing your strut causing the level sensor malfunction.

I have had this problem before. One of the struts is too high. You can meausure the hight of the car at each corner and lower the vehicle at that corner with your scanner.

Another option is to park the vehicle on an incline and carry the calibration. Driveway/hill for example that is slopped down (up) will work. Park facing uphill first. If that doesn't work, try calibration with the car facing downhill. This is a quick and dirty trick to carry out calibration.

Also on the first link remove the dot at the end or search the link on Google. It works.
