how to find out which tire monitor is bad when there is no reset switch and only a tire monitor light on the inst, panel the light is on steady all the time and not blinking.

There is no way for you to check out via the dashboart. The TPMS warning light is all you will get, and that of course you tell you nothing as far as which sensor is bad. The only way to find out which sensor is bad, is to use a TPMS scanner. Most TPMS scanners range between 80-150. When you read the codes, you will see a fault code from the sensor that most likely has a low battery. Good luck!
