Just wondering our gl350 Bluetec 2013 is blowing smoke out of the exhaust. The Adblue is squirting out of the exhaust and there is crystallisation of the Adblue around the tip of the exhaust. We recently change the upstream and down stream of the Knox Sensor so what else can it be that causes these problems.

Okay, I would first of all like to ask about the amount of Adblue that was used.

I am suspecting that we might see this, if there is more adAbule than required.

Can you provide me more details of when this started to happen? is it recent? what did you do different before this problem occured?

We bought the car 3 months ago. We notice the smoke since the first day it was on the road. The dealer ask us to drive it around as the car been sitting on the truck for a week or so. We did this but the smoke didn’t clear then we notice that there also Adblue crystallisation on the tip of the exhaust. Got it diagnose at the workshop and it comes up as the nox sensor which has both been replace. We refill 10 litre of Adblue and still have the message showing that the ‘engine won’t start with xxx’. Could it be the DEF Heater or the DEF Pump malfunctions??

I think it's the latter. It might be a PUMP malfunction, the local dealer is not able to solve this issue?
