I have a m111 c230 w202. it just refused to start one morning after I had parked it and switched it off the previous night. At times it appears like it's about to start but then just goes off like that and turns without any sign of life. Still waiting for tests on the OBD machine but current multi-meter tests of the sensors indicate that there is some resistance except for one sensor on the block, lower left hand side of the block. Not sure whether it is an oil pressure sensor or temperature sensor - it is not the oil level sensor. The sensor has 2 wires. That sensor does not show any sign of life on the multimeter. What is that sensor for and is it possible that it is connected to my problem?

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
