I had a misfire on #10. I changed all spark plugs and the car got worse. Now it's giving me random misfires. Im lost


You have any other codes or only misfire codes? I would make sure that the wires to each ignition coil are not swaped. The wires need to stay on the same ignition as before.

Also make sure that the connectors are pressed all the way into the ignition coil. And that each spark plug wire is pressed in all the way into the spark plug. You should not have any loose spark plug wires.
