I want to know what spark plugs are compatible with my 2008 E550 4matic Mercedes

Platinum spark plugs. Gap 0.044. Stay away from four prong spark plugs. Not necessary to go with iridium but definitively wouldn't hurt. For the size look it up at the end of the owners manual.
