When these cars get into a crash they often disable engine start. Not transmission. Based on all the codes that you posted this is more of wire harness issue. Some wires got damaged or got cut. I will inspect wire harness to the transmission.

Now the other thing that I wonder about is: Which one of the scanners you posted are stored and which are present? Did you try to clear them?

Thanks, Master!!. Honestly, I'm more a Toyota/Honda tech, Never Mercedes. After replacing the PyroFuse, I did a quick  code erase, and those codes aforementioned, and some others that I didn't post, did not clear or reappeared after 10 minutes engine at idle. I could pay for advice on how to proceed with fixing the no shift condition. Or, could you tell me if anyone (online website) could give me a hand with this pain in the neck? I live in Puerto Rico (80 degrees F all the time)

There is lost communication between several modules. It could be a problem with the central gateway module. It does the communication with the rest of the modules.

Did you check all the fuses?

Also any damaged wires from the accident?
