At our state-of-the-art repair facility in Baltimore, Maryland, our team of expert mechanics is dedicated to demystifying auto repair and empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to keep their vehicles running at their best. At our garage, we take apart cars and record detailed videos of the process, giving individuals a comprehensive understanding of their vehicle and the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain it with ease.
To ensure we focus on our mission, our garage is closed to the public for basic vehicle maintenance. However, we are still accepting vehicles by appointment for specific services. These include the following categories:
- Challenging Repairs or Diagnostics
- Vehicle Overhaul Program
1. Challenging Repairs & Diagnostics
Car problems can sometimes be too complex to repair requiring a high level of expertise. Take for example the vehicle above. This exquisite 2010 Mercedes-Benz S400 hybrid vehicle was shipped from California to Maryland to be diagnosed and repaired.
Do you have a vehicle that has been at the repair shop too many times and are ready to give up on it? Reach out to YOUCANIC and let us know the problem you are facing. Depending on our current workload we may be able to accept your vehicle and repair it. Just know that you are not alone and many other vehicle owners face similar challenges with modern vehicles. 2. Vehicle Overhaul Program
If you own a vehicle we have not covered, we may accept your vehicle to our Vehicle Overhaul Program. In this program, you allow us to work on your car and complete the following repairs (not limited to) as we make videos:
- Replace Front Brake Pads & rotors
- Change Engine Air Filter
- Change Cabin Air Filter
- Replace Spark Plugs
- Change Engine Oil and Filter
- Replace Front Sway Bar Links
- Replace Serpentine Belt
- Replace Serpentine Belt Tensioner
- Replace Thermostat
- Replace Light Bulbs (if burned out)
- Replace the Window Regulator or Motor (if broken)
We will be recording videos on how to complete the above repairs. We may also remove and reinstall other parts or components that are not broken to make educational videos. This program requires that you leave the vehicle at our shop in Baltimore Maryland for three weeks.
You must apply for the Vehicle Overhaul Program. If accepted, the cost of this program is $1500. It includes the parts and replacement. If interested or have questions please Contact Us.
