2017+ Nissan Rogue Sport Headlight Assembly Replacement

What you will need

• Nissan Rogue Sport Headlight Assembly
• Mechanic Metric Toolset
  • 10mm Socket
  • 10mm Deep Socket
• Pick Tool

Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper. If you need help with this step, follow these procedures for the removal and installation process of the front bumper.
2. Loosen the 10mm bolt below the headlight assembly by turning it counter-clockwise using a 10mm deep socket.

    

3. Remove the three 10mm bolts holding the headlight assembly by turning them counter-clockwise using a 10mm socket.

    

4. Pull the cable clip attached below the headlight assembly. Use a pick tool to pull the clip at the lower part of the headlight.

    

5. Remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle by pulling it out.

    

6. To fully remove the headlight assembly, disconnect the electrical connectors behind it and pull the cable line clips out from the headlight assembly.

    

7. Carry the new headlight assembly near the vehicle.
8. Connect the electrical connectors of the light bulbs by pushing them into their connection ports and push the cable clips back to the headlight assembly.

    

   
9. Line up the new headlight assembly to the vehicle and press it in to set it into place.

    

10. Reinstall the three 10mm bolts holding the headlight assembly. Turn the bolts clockwise using the 10mm socket to tighten.

     

11. Tighten the 10mm bolt below the headlight assembly by turning it clockwise using a 10mm deep socket.

     

12. Reinstall the front bumper. If you need help with this step, follow these procedures for the installation process of the front bumper.
