What you will need

  • 36mm Festoon Bulb
    or
  • 168 Light Bulb

Instructions

  1. Park your Crossfire
  2. Turn off the lights
  3. Lift up the trunk to make it easier to remove the burned license plate bulb
  4. Remove two screws that hold the license light in place
  5. Pry out the light housing
  6. Pull out the old light bulb
  7. Install the new light bulb
  8. Reinstall the two screws. Don't over tighten the screws.

Note that the owners manual lists this bulb as type 168.

During disassembly, we noticed that this is a festoon light bulb type instead.

We recommend that you remove the old light bulb to verify the type in your case. Removing the old / burned light bulb takes less than five minutes.
