Hyundai Elantra Headlight Light Bulb Replacement | Low Beam

What you will need

• H11 Light Bulb
  • For models without HID 

Procedure

1. Park your Hyundai Elantra and set the parking brakes.

2. Open Hood. Pull-on the hood release located on the left side of the dashboard. You should be able to hear the hood of your Hyundai Elantra pop up.

3. Remove the cap that's behind the headlight by twisting it counter-clockwise. Once you remove the cap, you will be able to see the light bulb.

4. Next, press on the two tabs of the electrical plug and pull it away from the socket. Twist the light bulb and remove it from the headlight socket.

5. Install new light bulb. The last step is to install the new light bulb, the Hyundai headlight. Make sure that the rubber gasket on the cap is still there and seals the headlight properly. Otherwise, you may have issues with water and condensation forming inside the headlight.
