Methods to Request Data Deletion:
- Log in to Your YOUCANIC Account:
- Make sure you’re logged into your account on the YOUCANIC website.
- Go to your Account by clicking on the profile icon or click here: https://www.youcanic.com/account/
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
- Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Submit Your Data Deletion Request:
- Send an email to support@youcanic.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
- In the email, please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your YOUCANIC account.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your personal data, including account information and any associated content, will be permanently removed from our systems.
- Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all services provided by YOUCANIC, and your account cannot be recovered.
