What Makes a Great Repair Submission?

If you recently solved a challenging issue — a mysterious misfire, strange noise, electrical gremlin, or advanced fault code — that’s exactly the kind of case we’re looking for.

  • Vehicle Info: Year, make, model, and engine type
  • Symptoms: Describe the issue exactly as the customer experienced it
  • Diagnostics: What scanner or tools did you use? What tests did you run?
  • The Fix: What did you discover and how did you repair it?
  • Pro Tips: Anything you’d tell another tech tackling the same issue
  • Photos: Include at least 5 photos (Examples include: fault codes on scanner, parts as they are being removed, repair process, overall vehicle, etc)
