Tools and Parts Needed:

Replacement fog light bulb (ensure it matches the specifications of your vehicle)
Flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool (if necessary)
Instructions:

Access the Fog Light Assembly:
Depending on the specific model year and configuration of your BMW X3 F25, the fog light assembly may be located in the front bumper.
If necessary, turn the steering wheel to the appropriate side to access the fog light assembly on that side of the vehicle.
Remove the Access Panel (if applicable):
Some vehicles may have an access panel or cover located underneath the front bumper, providing easier access to the fog light assembly.
Use a flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool to carefully pry open the access panel, if present, and set it aside.
Locate the Fog Light Bulb:
Once you have access to the fog light assembly, locate the back of the fog light housing where the bulb is housed.
Depending on the design, the bulb socket may be secured by a twist-lock mechanism or held in place with retaining clips.
Remove the Old Bulb:
If the bulb socket is secured with a twist-lock mechanism, twist it counterclockwise to unlock it from the housing.
If the bulb socket is held in place with retaining clips, carefully press or release the clips to release the socket.
Once the socket is removed, carefully pull out the old bulb from the socket.
Install the New Bulb:
Carefully insert the new fog light bulb into the socket, ensuring it’s properly seated.
If the bulb socket has a twist-lock mechanism, twist it clockwise to lock it into place.
If the bulb socket is held in place with retaining clips, secure the socket back into the housing until it clicks into place.
Test the Fog Light:
Turn on the vehicle’s headlights and fog lights to test the new bulb.
Verify that the fog light is functioning properly and emitting light.
Replace the Access Panel (if applicable):
If you removed an access panel or cover underneath the front bumper, carefully reattach it and ensure it’s securely in place.
Final Checks:
Double-check that the fog light bulb is securely installed and functioning correctly.
Repeat the process on the opposite side of the vehicle if necessary.
