Insert the tie rod end stud into the steering knuckle and thread on the ball joint nut. Tighten the nut to the manufacturer’s specifications using a torque wrench.
Reassemble and Torque:
Reinstall the wheel and tighten the lug nuts to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Lower the vehicle from the jack stands and onto the ground.
Use a torque wrench to torque the lug nuts to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Alignment Check:
