YOUCANIC Scanner Is Not Charging

If your scanner isn’t charging, start by using a different charging cable or charging adapter. Anything will work as long as it isn’t a fast charger.

⚡If you’re using another charger, make sure it meets these requirements:

Output: 5V
Current: 500mA to 2A (maximum)
Connector: USB-C
Don’t use smartphone quick or PD chargers, as they don’t work on the scanner.
You can also charge the scanner using a powered-on computer or laptop USB port.
