TeamViewer QuickSupport is a remote access application that can be installed on Android-based diagnostic scanners and tablets, allowing a support technician to view and interact with your scanner’s screen remotely through an internet connection. When you encounter a difficult diagnostic situation and need expert help, you launch QuickSupport on your scanner, provide the session ID to the support technician, and they can see exactly what your scanner displays — live data, DTCs, freeze frame, and test results — while guiding you through the diagnosis via phone or voice chat.
This technology is particularly useful for YOUCANIC UCAN-II owners who need help from the YOUCANIC support team with complex diagnostic scenarios, unfamiliar vehicle systems, or interpretation of unusual data patterns.
