Step-by-Step Guide
1. Make sure your scanner is connected to the internet by going into Settings and selecting System Settings.

2. Select Network & Internet, and make sure that Wifi is turned on, and your scanner has a strong internet connection.

3. Next, select Remote Control and make sure that QuickSupport is selected.

You will be able to toggle between QuickSupport and AnyDesk on this page. YOUCANIC’s support team uses QuickSupport (ThriveDesk) to connect to your scanner. In order to properly connect, you will need to have QuickSupport active before our support team can assist you.
4. On the second page of the home screen, select Remote Support.

5. If this is your first time using QuickSupport, you will need to agree to their privacy policy before you can access your scanner ID.

6. Once your scanner’s ID has loaded in, email it to us so that we can access your scanner. Once a member of YOUCANIC’s tech team has connected to your scanner, you have to press Allow on the pop-up that will appear on your screen.

5. A YOUCANIC tech will now have full remote access to your scanner to run remote scans or troubleshooting tasks
NOTE: Connecting remotely to a scanner does not mean that YOUCANIC will have permanent access to it. If further remote support is needed in the future, you will have to send the scanner’s ID to us again.
That’s all! If you run into any trouble with your scanner, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@youcanic.com. Happy scanning!
