Scanner Guide: How to get Remote Support Through Your YOUCANIC Scanner

NOTE: Even though the title of this video makes it sound like these steps only apply to the YOUCANIC UCAN-II-B scanner, you can follow these steps if you own a UCAN-HD-A or UCAN-II-C scanner.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Make sure your scanner is connected to the internet by going into Settings and selecting System Settings .
2. Select Network & Internet , and make sure that Wifi is turned on, and your scanner has a strong internet connection.
3. Next, select Remote Control and make sure that QuickSupport is selected.
You will be able to toggle between QuickSupport and AnyDesk on this page. YOUCANIC’s support team uses QuickSupport (ThriveDesk) to connect to your scanner. In order to properly connect, you will need to have QuickSupport active before our support team can assist you.
4. On the second page of the home screen, select Remote Support.
