All YOUCANIC scanners, both new and open-box, come with a one-year warranty covering defects, damage on arrival, and faulty VCI adapters.

Every YOUCANIC scanner includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This applies to both new and open-box units.

Email support@youcanic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your scanner qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
