If your scanner will not connect to your vehicle, try the following:

  1. Ensure the vehicle ignition is ON
  2. Check that the OBD-II port connection is secure and free of debris
  3. Verify that your vehicle is compatible using coverage.youcanic.com
  4. Confirm your scanner software is up to date
  5. Restart the scanner and try again

If the issue persists, contact support@youcanic.com with your vehicle’s VIN and a description of the problem.
