Jeep Wrangler 2007-2018

2007–2018
Overview

From 2007 to 2018, the Jeep Wrangler JK marked a significant evolution of the iconic off-road vehicle while staying true to its rugged heritage. With its recognizable seven-slot grille and round headlights, the JK retained the classic Wrangler appearance while introducing a more refined and capable platform. This generation was available in two body styles: a two-door version for purists and a four-door Unlimited variant, offering more interior space and practicality. The JK featured a body-on-frame construction with solid front and rear axles, ensuring robustness for off-road adventures.

One of the standout features of the JK Wrangler was its improved suspension system. It utilized coil springs on both axles, enhancing ride comfort and off-road articulation compared to its predecessor. This generation also introduced a more comfortable and spacious interior, with modern amenities like touchscreen infotainment systems and available navigation. Off-road enthusiasts appreciated the various four-wheel-drive systems, including Command-Trac and Rock-Trac, along with features like electronic locking differentials and disconnectable sway bars that enhanced its trail-conquering capabilities. The Wrangler JK continued to symbolize rugged adventure, combining classic Jeep style with modern conveniences for both on and off-road experiences.
