YOUCANIC offers a 31-day money-back guarantee on all physical products purchased through our shop.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns accepted within 31 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • No restocking fee on your first return
  • A 10% restocking fee applies if you return the same item more than once
  • US residents receive a prepaid return shipping label; the cost is deducted from the refund
