Why Does My Videoscope LED Light Not Turn On?

If the LED light on your videoscope is not working:

1. Make sure the switch button on the videoscope body is turned on

If the LED still does not turn on:

• Send a short video or photo of the issue to support@youcanic.com
• If your unit is within the one-year warranty period, we will replace it at no charge
