Procedure

Go to the front of your vehicle, then unlock the hood latch below the hood.
Once the hood latch is unlocked, you can already pull the hood up.
- Locate the dipstick. You can find the engine oil dipstick on the driver’s side of the engine compartment. The engine has a cover, and behind it, you will find the dipstick for the engine oil.

- Check engine oil. Pull it out, and you will see the indicator on the tip of the dipstick. To check the engine oil, wipe the indicator first and put the dipstick back.
