How Do I Print a Diagnostic Report from My Scanner?
After running a scan, your scanner gives you the option to save, email, or print the report.
How to Print
- After scanning, select Report
- Press Save and Print
- If your printer does not appear, go to Settings → Print Settings → Print Service Manager
- Select Mopria Print Service and make sure it is turned on
- Your printer should now appear as an available option
Both the scanner and printer must be connected to the same WiFi network.
