Disclaimer: The scanner used in this guide is YOUCANIC’s latest UCAN-II-C model. However, these steps will work for other YOUCANIC scanner models, such as the UCAN-II-B and UCAN-HD-A scanners.

Connecting to a Printer
1. Go to settings, and make sure your scanner is connected to the internet.
2. Go to Print Settings , then select Print Plugin Manager and Mopria Print Service on the following page.
3. Select Mopria Print Service and make sure your printer is available on the list.
5. If your printer is not available on the list, make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same internet as your scanner.
Printing a Report
1. Go to Data Manager and select Report .
2. Find and select the report you would like to print. If you are having trouble finding the report, you can use the search bar on the top right of the screen .
3. Once you have found the report, select PDF at the bottom of the screen.
