Scanner Guide: How to Print a Report from a YOUCANIC Scanner

Disclaimer: The scanner used in this guide is YOUCANIC’s latest UCAN-II-C model. However, these steps will work for other YOUCANIC scanner models, such as the UCAN-II-B and UCAN-HD-A scanners.

Connecting to a Printer
1. Go to settings, and make sure your scanner is connected to the internet.

2. Go to Print Settings, then select Print Plugin Manager and Mopria Print Service on the following page.

3. Select Mopria Print Service and make sure your printer is available on the list.

5. If your printer is not available on the list, make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same internet as your scanner.
Printing a Report
1. Go to Data Manager and select Report.

2. Find and select the report you would like to print. If you are having trouble finding the report, you can use the search bar on the top right of the screen.

3. Once you have found the report, select PDF at the bottom of the screen.

4. A PDF version of the report will be generated. At the bottom of the screen, you will have the option to print, rename, or email the report. Press the Print button.

5. On the top left of the screen, make sure that your printer is selected.

6. Press the down arrow and make sure all other printing preferences are correct. In this menu, you can adjust page size and orientation, adjust the number of pages printed, and choose color or black and white printing.

7. When you’re ready to print, press the blue printer button on the right of the screen.
