Procedure

Turn the door panel on the other side and locate the back part of the inner door handle.
Remove the four screws holding the inner door handle by turning the screws counterclockwise using a Philips screwdriver.
Pull the inner door handle out from the door panel.
Line up the new/replacement inner door handle into the door panel.
Reinstall the four screws by turning them clockwise using a Philips screwdriver.
