Procedure

  1. Park the vehicle on level ground and set the parking brake.
  2. Pull the trunk release and open the trunk.
  3. The convertible pump is located on the left side of the trunk. Remove the liner on the left side of the trunk.
  4. Locate the convertible top pump.
  5. Use an Allen key to remove the bolts that secure the hydraulic lines.
  6. Disconnect all the hydraulic lines.
  7. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  8. Remove the 10mm bolt that secures the pump to the frame.
  9. Lift and remove the old convertible top pump.
  10. Install in reverse order.
