- Open the hood of your car. Go to the driver’s seat and pull the hood release below the dashboard.
Then, go to the front of your vehicle, unlock the hood latch, and pull the hood up.
Use the supporting rod to support the hood open. - Locate the windshield washing tank. It is on the driver’s side of the engine compartment, and it has a blue cover with a washing symbol on it.
