Lexus Add Windshield Washer Fluid
Can’t clean your Lexus windshield because of an empty windshield washer reservoir? Learn how to fix the problem by adding windshield washer fluid to your Lexus.

Procedure

Park your Lexus in a safe location. Turn off the engine and set the parking brakes.

Open the hood of your car by pulling the release lever located under the dashboard, driver’s side.

Go to the front of the vehicle and depress the safety lever under the hood to open the hood.

Locate the windshield washer fluid container. The wiper symbol shown on your dashboard is also printed on the cap of the windshield washer reservoir. On most Lexus vehicles, the windshield washer fluid is on the driver’s side of the engine.

Open the windshield washer fluid container and add your windshield washer fluid until the level is two inches below the top of the cap.
Close the cap of the windshield washer fluid container, and test out your windshield wipers. The fluid may take a few seconds to spray the windshield.
