Procedure
- Push the engine start button once; if you have a key, insert it and turn it with just one click. Before you turn your key or push the start button, ensure you are not stepping on the brake pedal.
- Once your cluster is on, use the left and right arrows on the left side of your steering wheel to go to the trip menu. Then press the phone and OK buttons on the steering wheel, hold them for five seconds, and the Vehicle Data will appear in your cluster.
- Locate the engine code on your cluster. Before you find the engine code, you must choose the Vehicle data by pressing the ok button on the steering wheel. Then, use the up and down arrows on the left side of the steering wheel to find your vehicle’s engine code.
