2007-2012 Honda Fit Battery Replacement

What you will need
- 10mm Wrench
- Car Battery
- Group size: 151R
- Cold Cranking Amps: 370A min
- Battery Corrosion Brush
Procedure
- Pull the hood release lever below the dashboard and go in front. After, release the hood latch and raise it to open.
- Search the battery on the driver’s side of the engine compartment.

- Detach the negative terminal by unfastening the 10mm nut and separating it from the battery terminal out from the battery post.

- Remove the positive cable from the battery using the same steps mentioned previously.

- Remove the battery bracket to pull the battery out of the vehicle.

- Use an appropriate battery corrosion brush to clean the battery terminals for better terminal connections.

- Get the new battery or clean the battery post using the battery corrosion brush and recharge the battery.

- Place the battery back on the battery tray and reinstall the bracket.

- Connect the positive terminal back to the battery terminal post and retighten the 10mm nut.

- Lastly, reconnect the negative terminal back, fasten, and secure the 10mm nut.
