Fix Toyota Camry Broken Windshield Wiper Switch

What you will need

  • Toyota Camry Wiper Switch
  • Philips Screwdriver
  • Flathead Screwdriver

Procedure

Remove the airbag from the steering wheel. If you need help with this step, follow these procedures to remove the airbag.

Remove the two screws on the steering column plastic trims using a Philips screwdriver and twisting it counterclockwise.Removing the holding the upper and lower plastic trim.

Pull the upper plastic trim up and the lower plastic trim out of the steering column.Removing the lower plastic trim of the steering column.

Unlock the tab on the wiper switch using a flat screwdriver to pull the tab.Pulling the tab holding the wiper switch.

Disconnect the two electrical connectors of the wiper switch by pressing the clip and pulling the connector out.Disconnecting the electrical connector of the wiper switch.
