  1. Park the vehicle on level ground and set the parking brakes.
  2. Allow the engine to cool down.

  5. Create a diagram of how the serpentine belt is routed on the different pulleys.routing

  7. Spray penetrating oil to the alternator retaining bolts and wait for 15 minutes for ease of removal.
